Kathmandu, 26 September: Nepal continues to witness resurgence of Covid-19 cases every other day. Saturday the Ministry of Health and Population has confirmed 1,207 fresh cases of corona virus infection across the country in the past 24 hours.
With the latest addition, the number of infected persons has reached 71,821.Of the new cases reported today, 724 are from the Kathmandu Valley.
Today 1,147 corona virus patients were discharged from various health institutions across the country following recovery. With this, the total number of recoveries stands at 53,013. As of today, there are 18,341 active cases of infection across the country.
