Kathmandu, 24 September: Nepal continues to witness resurgence of Covid-19 cases every other day. On Thursday the Ministry of Health and Population has confirmed 1,497 fresh cases of corona virus infection across the country in the past 24 hours.
With the latest addition, the number of infected persons has reached 69,301.Of the new cases reported today, 755 are from the Kathmandu Valley.
Today 457 corona virus patients were discharged from various health institutions across the country following recovery. With this, the total number of recoveries stands at 50,411. As of today, there are 18,437 active cases of infection across the country.
