Kathmandu, 24 September: Seventeen more Covid-19 fatalities have been reported today. This is the highest single-day record so far. Of the deceased, five are female and 12 are male. With the latest addition, death-toll from corona virus infection in the country has reached 453.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, three males and one female from Kathmandu, two males from Dhanusa, one male and one female from Bhakatapur succumbed to the deadly virus. Likewise one female each from Morang and Sunsari while one each male patient who hailed from Jhapa, Rautahat, Tanahun, Dang, Kapilbastu and Nawalparsi district passed away in course of treatment.
