Kathmandu,15 September: With six-points demand Dr Govinda KC has started his 19th fast- unto-death in Jumla.
His demands include immediate commencement of MBBS programme in the Karnali Academy of Health Sciences, initiation of process to start government medical colleges in Province 2 and Gandaki Province, amendment of appointments made at the Institute of Medicine (IOM), among others.
