The government seems to be greatly terrorized with Dr Govinda KC’s pro-people activities and has mobilised police force to restrict his movement.
Currently, Dr KC is in Karnali, and a large number of police are guarding him stopping him from visiting the ailing people in the villages.
The restriction in Dr KC’s movement has drawn flaks from people as well as organisation of the doctors.
Recently, the Medical Council condemned the government for preventing Dr KC from visiting people in Karnali.
Maybe the government fears KC for his fight for the reforms in the health sector, and the government might have recently realised that Dr KC was right for what he said about the private medical colleges and hospitals as the government failed to get the desired cooperation from them during the current crisis invited by COVID-19.
