Kathmandu, 12 July : .A swarm of locusts from India has invaded Nepal yet again.
According to the Plant Quarantine and Pesticide Management Centre (PQPMC), a swarm of locusts that were in Sitapur, Bahraich area in Indian state of Uttar Pradesh had entered Gadhawa Rural Municipality ward number 2 and 3 of Dang district today.
The swarms of locusts that had entered Nepal earlier on June 27 had damaged crops in Makwanpur, Dang, Pyuthan, Arghakhanchi and Palpa, among others.
