Kathmandu, 2 January :The National Assembly has endorsed a parliamentary stricture on India’s encroachment upon Nepali territories including Kalapani, Lipulekh and Limpiyadhura.After holding a discussion on the stricture, the Upper House endorsed it unanimously.
