Kathmandu, 1 January : The Ministry of Home Affairs has instructed Nepal Police to gather information from households about people, organizatiions and businesses that own or have rented houses, apartments or rooms , across major city areas in Kathmandu Valley. In a bid to control criminal activities the government decided to collect information of landlords and tenants.
