Kathmandu, 23 December : The main opposition party Nepali Congress has asked the government to initiate necessary steps for granting transit visa to Macao-based Nepali migrant workers. A delegation of Nepali Congress, on Sunday, submitted a memorandum to Minister for Foreign Affairs requesting the Chinese authorities for making such provisions.
