Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, who underwent appendicitis operation last week, has said that he was well enough to speak, talk with friends, read news papers and watch the South Asian Games in television.
“After going through a major operation of appendicitis, I am currently in a good condition to speak with friends and talk to friends by standing on my own feet, you are also watching this” Prime Minister Oli told in a video message, uploaded in his official twitter handle on Monday.
“Yesterday, I watched the entire opening ceremony of the 13th SAG (South Asian Games). I am happy the SAG has begun. I want to give my thanks to the President for inaugurating it and to others for their participation in the event,” Prime Minister Oli said from Manamohan Cardiothoracic, Vascular and Transplant Centre under the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH).
It was also reported that the PM was planning to transplant kidneys in two weeks.
Meanwhile, he had his eighth dialysis this week.
Prime Minister Oli underwent a successful surgery for appendicitis at Manamohan Cardiothoracic, Vascular and Transplant Centre under the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH) on November 26. Although a kidney patient and immediately after operation, he looked perfect in the video.
