NIC Asia Bank Ltd, which has exibited strong presence in rural and remote areas, is expanding its branchless bankin service in remote villages also.
The Bank has recently opened its branch office in Syaphrubesi of Gosaikunda Rural Municipality, Ward No 5 in Rasua, known as a remote part of the country. Myor Kaishang Nupu Tamang inaugurated the new branch office amidst a function.
The Bank, with the aim of providing all kinds of banking services to the village people, has recently inaugurated its 43rd branchless banking service in Odbaliya of the Lumbini Municipality Ward No 13. The branchless service was enaugurated by Lumbini Municipality mayor Manmohan Chaudhari on 22 November.
Ajayasingh Chhetri has been assigned as the representative of the branchless service.
