Kathmandu, 18 November: As anti- India sentiment and protest has intensified in Nepal, the architect of 12 point Delhi agreement between the then Seven Party Alliance and rebellious Maoist, Shyam Sharan has arrived in Kathmandu with mandate from Modi. He has come to Nepal to defuse escalating tensions between India and Nepal as Prime Minister Khagda Oli too has publicly urged India to withdraw its troops from Kalapani.
