Kathmandu, 31 October: The Kathmandu District Attorney’s office has planned to file case against former speaker Krishna Bahadur Mahara at the court today.
Mahara is under the Police custody on the charge of rape case on a staffer in the Federal Parliament Secretariat, Roshani Shahi, reports Naya Patrika daily.
