Kathmandu, 22 October: Parliamentarian Mohammad Aftab Alam, who has been accused of burning persons injured in bomb explosion alive, has denied to undergo a polygraph test, according to a police officer involved in investigation.
Polygraph test is not taken as evidence by the court but it helps in investigation hinting whether a person is speaking truth or lying.
