Kathmandu, 10 July: Guddu Yadav, 20, from Ramgadhwa Nayabasti from Birgunj Metropolis killed his mother using a sharp weapon.
Guddu killed his mother Shova Devi, 20, after a dispute over the sale of buffalo, the police said, adding that he slit her throat with the sharp weapon. Although Shova Devi tried to save her life and ran away from home, the son chased her and killed her some 400 meters away from home. She died on the spot, according to police.
