Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, the other day, said that he sees nobody with mask in Kathmandu. He meant to say that the air quality has already improved and thus nobody is wearing mask to protect themselves from dust pollution.
The worry is that how far the prime minister is aware about the daily life of the citizens! Is he really in this planet?
