Kathmandu, 11 June: The Chinese authorities have allowed the residents of Humla to cross into Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR) after a repeated request by Government of Nepal.
The people of Humla were barred from entering into TAR after an incident of murdering a Tibetan woman in which a Nepali’s involvement is suspected.
According to media reports, all state mechanisms from Nepali side acted seriously and promptly in resuming trade and business via Taklakot of TAR.
