Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to travel to New Delhi today to take part in the oath taking ceremony of newly elected Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Modi has invited the heads of state and government of all the BIMSTEC member countries. Nepal is the member state of the BIMSTEC, whereas she is chairman of SAARC. Whether Oli is taking part as the BIMSTEC member or SAARC chairman, diplomatic observers are curious to know.
