Kathmandu, 6 May: The newly appointed Chief Election Commissioner Dinesh Kumar Thapaliya vows to maintain good governance and overall reform in the electoral system.
In an interview with The Himalayan Times, Chief Election Commissioner Thapaliya says he plans to rectify past mistakes and avoid such mistakes in future. Enforcement of election code of conduct, lower invalid votes, his priorities for the by -elections at the federal, provincial and local level .
