Kathmandu, 7 October: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, who is patron of the Nepal Academy, has appointed Dr Ganga Prasad Upreti as the chancellor of the Academy for next four years term. This is the second tenure of Upreti in the Academy as the chancellor.
Accordingly, PM Oli has appointed Jagat Prasad Upadhaya as the member of the Academy.
Newly appointed chancellor took oath of office today at PM’s Office, Singhadurwar. Accordingly, Upreti administered oath of office to new member Upadhaya today.
