Kathmandu, 29 April: Finally the long awaited outer Ring Road construction work is being expedited as the meeting of the Council of Ministers held on April 17 endorsed the Detailed Project Report. According to Baahrahari.com, a news portal, the process of land acquisition is taken forward for the construction of 6.6 Kilometer Chovar-Satungal section in the first phase.
