Kathmandu, 25 April: Today, 12 Baisakh, is the unforgettable day that Nepalis experienced a horrible jolt of devastating earthquake which caused heavy loss of lives and property in Nepal three years ago. All the newspapers have expressed serious dissatisfaction for delayed reconstruction works carried out by the government as well as the Reconstruction Authority even after completing three years.
Due to internal dispute among different authorities, reconstruction of the national heritage sites are in mess, reports Nepal Samacharpatra daily.
Reconstruction Ranipokhari, Dharara and Kastamandap like heritage sites are in dilemma due to dispute among different agencies.
