When Janakpur-Jainagar railway resume its service?

The much-talked about Janakpur-Jayanagar rail service was to come into operation by Wednesday (May 15). But it did not clearly hinting that that development projects in Nepal hardly complete within the deadline.
About two months back, the government had announced that the Rail purchase process had reached the final state. But two months after the announcement, the rail has not arrived.
It was reported that the government was preparing to purchase the rail engine.
According to the Rail Department, it takes one hour to travel the 35 kilometers rail track.
A train with capacity of 500 passengers will be operated along the route.
