Pakistan asks INGOs to quit within 60 days

Kathmandu, 5 October: The Pakistan government has asked international non-governmental organizations to close their programmes and quit Pakistan within 60 days, agencies report.

According to BBC, 18 international donor agencies have been asked to quit Pakistan.

The Pakistan government believes such INGOs were involved in covert activities creating instability in Pakistan.
