Japanese Film Festivals in Kathmandu and Pokhara

The Japan embassy and Japan Foundation, in cooperation with the Japanese Language Teachers’ Association Nepal (JALTAN), are organizing Japanese Film Festivals in Pokhara and Kathmandu in March. The films will be screened with English subtitles.
In Pokhara the Japanese films will be screening at the Pokhara Chamber of Commerce and Industries hall in Gaira Patan on 15 and 16 March.
In Kathmandu, the films will be screening at the Tribhuvan Army Officers’ Club, Tundikhel, on 22 and 23 March.
Similarly, on 29 and 30 March, the films will be screening at the Japanese Embassy Hall, Panipokhari.
Entry to the cinemas in Pokhara is open to all for free on first-come-first- served basis, whereas the entry passes are mandatory for Kathmandu shows, which are available for free at the Embassy of Japan, Panipokhari and the JALTAN Office, Bishwo Bhasa Campus, Exhibition Road on a first-come-first-served basis.
