Is “loktatra” under threat?

When Nepal’s former king moves around the country, political leaders and partisan newspapers report that the former king has become active.
This year, the former king, who is a ordinary citizen now, went to Nepalgunj and celebrated his birthday there, the leaders and some partisan journalists saw the former king becoming active in politics. Again, the former king went to Pokhara and visited different Hindu shrines during his stay there. He also met those people having belief on institution of monarchy. These events also attracted those newsmakers.
On Sunday afternoon, the former king, along with former queen, left for Simara. This has widened eyebrows of some journalists. They have reported that the former king has intensified his activities.
To note, the former King, after spending some days at the private residence of Prabhu Shumsher Rana, the former king’s childhood friend, is going to Damak and staying at his private residence in the Himalayan Tea Garden.
According to reports, the former king is visiting different Hindu shrines and also meeting his sympathizers from the area.
