CPN to assign responsibility to CC members

Kathmandu, 4 November: The Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) leaderships have decided to assign new responsibility to the central committee members after the Tihar festival.

The party secretariat meeting held on 25 October had decided to assign responsibility to the central committee members and giving final shape to the province committees. For this purpose, a two-member task force was constituted. General secretary Bishnu Poudel and secretariat member Rambahadur Thapa were comprised in the task force. The task force has completed its works and immediately after the Tihar festival, the central committee members will get new responsibility, reports Ratopati online portal.

Ratopati reports, immediately after the Tihar festival, the party secretariat meeting is going to take place and the meeting will call the standing committee meeting and the standing committee will assign responsibility to the CC members. There are 441 CC members in the party.

The task force has developed the plan to give the responsibility of coordinator of the electoral constituencies to the CC members. Besides, the CC members will get responsibility of central departments, fronts and class organisatons as well as the province committees.
