Kathmandu, September 29: Passengers who have purchased tickets from the Nepal Airlines Corporation for international flights, but missed their flights due to rain, will not be charged any additional fees for travelling till October 11. The Nepal Airlines Corporation issued a statement on Sunday saying that it has taken such a decision considering the devastating rains and the blockade of roads to Kathmandu. The arrangement has been made for the benefit of passengers who are unable to catch flights due to rain. It has been said in the statement that passengers who want to travel by the Corporation's flight should not pay any extra fees and have asked to contact the Corporation's office for it. "Passengers who have purchased tickets from Nepal Airlines Corporation for international flights from Kathmandu from September 27 to October 2, but have missed the Corporation's international flights due to the recent incessant rains, should travel by the Corporation's flights until October 11, without paying any fee," the notice said.
