
Kathmandu, 25 December: The CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli and Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal along with the top leaders of the new coalition party are going to President's Office Shital Niwas to claim their stake of forming the government.
A meeting of the new alliance held at Balkot-based residence of UML Chair Oli, has agreed to make Dahal, Chairman of the Maoist Center, the Prime Minister. According to the agreement, Dahal will be Prime Minister for the first two- and- a- half year and the government will be formed under the leadership of UML for the rest of the period.

So far seven parties including UML and Maoist Center have agreed for this. The Rashtriya Swatantra Party, which has 20 seats in the parliament, the RPP, which has 14 seats, the Janata Samajwadi Party, which has 12 seats, the Janmat Party, which has 6 seats, and the Nagarik Unmukti Party, which has 4 seats, have agreed to support Dahal as the Prime Minister.
