Along with the rise in the global temperature world’s highest peak Sagarmatha and the other 50 world heritage sites are facing a serious threat and by 2050, they may collapse, according to the UNESCO report released on the eve of the COP 27 summit.
The present global warming rate is 2 degrees Celsius, which is a serious threat to world heritage sites. The recently concluded COP-27 summit has taken the issue very seriously.
The satellite pictures have shown that around two thousand glaciers are melting in a very fast manner, which may invite different types of threats for mankind.
As the situation is alarming, developed nations should pay serious attention to reducing the global temperature.
As Nepal is in a vulnerable state of global warming, the nation should laud against global warming. The government must give utmost priority to preserving the earth.
