
Kathmandu, 31 October: Nepali Congress leader Dr. Sashank Koirala has taken ill during election publicity on Sunday. He has been admitted to the Old Medical College in Chitwan.
Leader Koirala, a candidate from constituency no 1 of Nawalparasi East, suffered dizziness while he was taking part at a programme organized at Amarapuri. Resident director of the hospital, Dr Manohar Pradhan, informed that there was a short supply of blood in Koirala's brain. According to Dr. Pradhan, leader Koirala is receiving treatment at observation ward of the hospital now.
