[caption id="attachment_51758" align="alignnone" width="1020"] File Photo[/caption] Kathmandu, 30 October: The Home Ministry has written to the Ministry of Foreign Affaors for necessary action, coordination and initiatives for proper relief and compensation to the victim's family over the incident that a 10-year-old boy from Darchula, Pawan Mahara, was killed as a stone accidently fell on him from Dharchula of India, while the Indian side was carrying out road construction works on Friday. The Home Ministry has stated that  it was  investigating the incident. Mahara, from Dumling village of Thihi of Byas Rural Municipality-2 of Darchula in Nepal was killed in the accident. The incident took place when the Garg & Garg construction company, which is constructing a road in the rocky terrain of Lakhimpur, Tawaghat-Lipulek road section under Darchula in Pithoragarh district of India, detonated it without giving any information to people in the border area.
