JSP ousted from ruling alliance
Kathmandu, 7 October: Following the dissatisfaction with seat sharing, Janata Samajbadi Party led by Upendra Yadav has attempted to make a deal with the UML.
Sources say that UML and JSP have reached an agreement for a seat-sharing deal.
The UML had reached an agreement to provide majority seats to JSP in the Madhesh Province, besides, UML agreed to provide seats demanded by JSP in the Lumbini Province.
On the other hand, the five ruling party alliance meeting ended inconclusively on Thursday also.
The meeting waited for the decision of the JSP at the time when Yadav was holding a meeting with K.P. Oli in Balkot.
Along with the alliance between UML and JSP, the five-party alliance has broken.
