
Kathmandu, 22 September: Senior journalist Kedarman Singh Shrestha has passed away during treatment at the Blue Cross Hospital in Tripureshwar, on Wednesday. He was 81.
A resident of of Bhotebhal in Kathmandu metropolis, Shrestha was a journalist from Nepal who worked for AFP for 40 years and BBC for 20 years. After retirement, he had been contributing articles for various newspapers as a freelance journalist. Shrestha was suffering from heart ailments since long, according to his son Susanman Shrestha.
