The Citizenship Bill, which was sent back to Parliament by President Bidya Devi Bhandari for reconsideration, has been re-passed by the House of Representatives. Now it has to be passed by the National Assembly. The Bill will then be sent back to the President for authentication. In today's meeting of the National Assembly, Home Minister Balkrishna Khand will  propose that the 'Nepal Citizenship (First Amendment) Bill 2079' for endorsement. People's News Monitoring Service
