Kathmandu, 17 July: Clashes broke out in Baluwatar between the protesting students and the police against Rashtra Bank Governor Mahaprasad Adhikari. The police intervened on the students of the ruling party Nepali Congress and the Maoist Center, who came to surround the gate of the Nepal Rastra Bank , demanding the resignation of the disputed governor Mahaprasad Adhikari.
