
Kathmandu, 4 July: After a long diplomatic initiative, 281 Nepali students who were forced to stay in Nepal due to COVID-19 are returning to China today. In the joint cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education and the Chinese Embassy in Nepal, 281 students are going to complete their studies in the first phase.
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Sewa Lamsal told at a regular press conference on Sunday that the ministry had sent a list of 850 Nepali students to the Chinese embassy and 281 students are leaving for China on Tuesday in the first phase.
