Kathmandu, 20 June: Former Prime Minister and Chairman of the CPN-US Party Madhav Kumar Nepal has made it clear that there is no disagreement in the ruling coalition for not joining the State Partnership Program (SPP).In an interaction with media persons on Sunday, he said that all the ruling parties were against Nepal joining the SPP.  He said that all the leaders in the five-party alliance agreed that Nepal should take a clear stand that it would not join any military alliance. The meeting of the senior leaders from the five-party alliance was held on Sunday. He informed that Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is also positive on the issue of not joining the SPP, a military strategy initiated by the USA. People’s News Monitoring Service
