Kathmandu, 16 may: According to the latest count of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, independent candidate Balen Shah has received 4905 votes. His nearest rival Keshav Sthapit of CPN-UML got 2614 votes. Third place Nepali Congress candidate Sirjana Singh has garnered 2315 votes. In Bharatpur Metropolitan City, Maoist central candidate Renu Dahal has fallen behind.
