Kathmandu, 13 May : There have been many discussions between Nepal and India in the past about building Buddhist Circuit, it is expected that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba will talk about advancing the Buddhist Circuit like the Ramayana Circuit, during his Lumbini visit on Monday.
There are innumerable Buddhists in Nepal and India. If they can visit Lumbini and the Buddhist Circuit, both countries will be able to reap the economic benefits. Therefore, India is likely to discuss with Nepal what can be done for the common development of Lumbini. Since Lumbini is a very sacred place for Buddhists from all over the world. If a Buddhist Circuit can be built connecting Lumbini with Bodh Gaya, Sarnath and Kusinagar in India, it will be able to attract millions of Buddhists and tourists.
