
Kathmandu, 7 May: Former Prime Minister and CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal aka Prachand and Prime Minister and Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba's wife Arju Deuba Rana's remarks have been criticized.
Dahal had tried to frighten the voters by saying that if his daughter Renu loses the mayoral post in Bharatpur the country will fall in deep trouble while Arju had threatened not to send the budget if Nepali Congress does not win in Deuba's home district, Dadeldhura. Dahal, while addressing an election rally in Bharatpur on Thursday and Rana addressing the voters in Dadeldhura the same day, threatened of dire consequences if their wishes are not fulfilled.
