Kathmandu, 23 April: The ruling Nepali Congress (NC) has called its Central Work Execution Committee’s meeting today as the top leaders could not meet on Friday due to election-related engagements.  The meeting has been called to finalize the names of the party candidates for the local elections of May 13, according to the NC chief secretary Krishna Prasad Paudel.
