Kathmandu, 19 April: The Supreme Court  (SC)has issued a short-term interim order not to immediately implement the suspension of Governor Maha Prasad Adhikari.  A single bench of Justice Hari Prasad Phuyal has ordered not to implement the government's decision to suspend the governor until further orders. The apex court has summoned both the parties for discussion on April 26. Adhikari, in his writ petition had challenged Finance Minister Janardan Sharma, the legitimacy of the inquiry committee by saying that the inquiry committee was formed to remove himself in a biased manner.
