Kathmandu, 24 June : The ruling Nepal Communist Party has decided to not proceed with the bill about expanding the scope of the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) immediately.
During the standing committee meeting today, the leaders agreed not to take forward a bill that envisages an expansion of the ambit of the anti-graft body that authorizes investigation of corruption in the private sector including banks and financial institutions.
