Covid-19 infected cases cross two thousand

Kathmandu, 2 June: On the 70
th day of continuous lockdown the number of Covid-19 infected cases has reached 2099 along with 288 new cases detected today.
266 Covid-19 infected have already been recovered their health.
Four health workers have also been identified with Covid-19 positive in Kathmandu, according to the Health Ministry.
74 in Rautahat, 27 in Surkhet, 21 in Sarlahai, 18 in Salyan, 17 each in Siraha and Banke, 16 in Kapilvastu, 10 each in Rupandehi, Kailali and Achham, nine in Dailekh, eight in Kanchanpur, six in Dhanusha, five in Syangja, five in quarantine have been identified with Covid-19 positive.
Three in Bardiya, two each in Nuwakot and Mahottari, one each in Bhaktapur, Saptari, Dhading, Nawalparashi East, Nawalparashi West, Bara and Piuthan are identified with Covid-19 positive.
