Kathmandu, 15 February : Police have arrested 16 people on the charge of gambling from Tarakeshwor. A police squad  deployed  by Metropolitan Police Circle, Balaju arrested them red-handed from a rented room of Dinesh Panta at Shubhakamana Chowk.
