Kathmandu, 23 January: Narayankaji Shrestha, spokesperson of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP), who was defeated by Baburam Bhattarai in the general elections last time, has been elected as the National Assembly member in today’s election. Shrestha has become NA member from Gandaki Province. Accordingly, NCP’s Bhagwati Neupane has been elected as another NA member from the Province. In Province No 2, NCP and RJP alliance candidates have been elected. People’s News Monitoring Service
