Flood creates havoc in Sindhupalchowk, Nuwakot

Floods created havoc in  Sindhupalchowk and Nuwakot districts by damaging and sweeping away bridges and bringing the vehicular movement to a complete halt at least in three districts.
Barabishe Bazaar of Sindupalchowk turned into riverbed after flooded Bhotekoshi entered it Saturday night.
Floods triggered by heavy rains on Saturday night swept away two bridges bringing all vehicular movement to a complete halt.
Bhotekoshi floods that damaged a concrete bridge at Khorsanibari along the Araniko highway entered the Barhabishe market.
Following the floods the market place was covered with boulders and mud.
Road connectivity was completely broken down between Barhabishe Municipality and some wards of Bhotekoshi Rural Municipality after the bridge was damaged.
Likewise, in Nuwakot, the Gerkhukhola Bridge along Pasang Lhyamhu highway was swept away by a flash flood in the Gerkhukhola River on Saturday night, obstructing  vehicular movement along he Pasang Lhamu highway.
