By Our Reporter Finance Minister Dr. Yuba Raj Khatiwada and Japanese ambassador Masashi Ogawa attended the Unveiling of Economic Census Monument and Launching of the First National Economic Census, organized by the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS). Yhe Japan government and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) have been extending a technical cooperation project to Nepal since 2016 to plan, program and implement the National Economic Census 2018. Under the project, JICA experts have been dispatched to CBS, CBS staff attended training courses in Japan and necessary goods and equipment were provided to CBS.
