The recent board meeting of the Bank has recommended to distribute 15 percent bonus share to its share shareholders.
The meeting also recommended to dispose remaining 710743 right shares through a bidding.
After distribution of the bonus shares and right shares, the paid-up capital of the Bank will be 8 billion 80 million rupees, meeting the ceiling fixed by the Nepal Rastra Bank.
Meanwhile, the Bank has observed its 10th anniversary on 17 September amidst a function. On the occasion, the Bank has distributed essential things including food stuff and 53 pieces of blackest to the children sheltered at Nepal Children’s Organisation .
Bank’s board chairman Motilal Duggar, board members engineer Bachharaj Tated, Jyotikumar Begani, Deepak Nepal and CEO Ratnaraj Bajracharya had distributed such materials to the children.
